Shipping & Exchange Policy

This Shipping and Exchange Policy explains how Enkamind LLP (“we”, “us”) delivers what you buy from us. We sell digital products and services — the Comet software subscription, software consulting, and in-person workshops and events. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no courier, freight or postal delivery is ever involved and no shipping charges apply.
1. How your purchase is delivered
Workshops and events: your seat is confirmed by email within a few minutes of successful payment, to the email address collected at checkout. The confirmation includes your payment reference, the date you selected and the venue details. The service itself is delivered in person at the event, on the date you chose.
Comet subscription: access is provisioned to your account online — there is nothing to ship. When paid billing is live, access is activated on your account immediately after payment.
Consulting and done-for-you services: deliverables are provided digitally (email, shared repositories or hosted deployments) on the schedule agreed in the individual proposal.
2. If the confirmation doesn't arrive
Check your spam folder first. If the confirmation email is not there within 24 hours of payment, write to support@enkamind.com with your payment reference ID — we will resend it and verify your booking. A missing email never affects a successful payment; your seat or access is tied to the payment record, not the email.
3. Exchanges — workshop dates and attendees
Date exchange: if a workshop runs on multiple dates, you may switch your booking to another available date once, free of charge, subject to seat availability. Email us at least 48 hours before your originally booked date.
Attendee exchange:you may transfer your seat to another person (one-time). Email us the new attendee's name and email address at least 24 hours before the event.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
